All you need to do is follow a few simple instructions. With our remote software we can connect to your Windows PC or laptop from anywhere you have an internet connection.

Once you have called and setup a time for us to connect to your computer remotely, you are ready to download the application that allows us to connect. The application is secure, using 128 bit encryption. Until you have started the Remote Session and opted to let us in, we will be unable to connect to your computer.
At anytime you may stop the remote session.
